This website and store are operated by But Anyway LLC, doing business as paintmoon ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting paintmoon.com or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Online store

We sell original art prints (unframed posters and framed prints) fulfilled by our print partner. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.

Products and pricing

Product images, descriptions, sizes, and prices are shown on the product page. Prices are in the currency of the selected market. We may update products or prices at any time. An order is an offer to buy; we confirm it when payment is accepted and the order is processed.

Shipping

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and the carrier. Risk of loss passes when the carrier receives the shipment.

Returns and refunds

Accounts and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Artwork, product photos, text, and branding on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them except as allowed by a purchase (for personal use of the print you buy).

Checkout, payments, printing, shipping, and analytics are provided by third parties (including Shopify and our print partner). Their terms also apply to those services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or defects caused by the carrier or print partner beyond a refund or replacement as stated in our Refund policy. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
