Refund policy

Every paintmoon print is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or color preference.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted? We’ve got you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you.
